About A to K (Flash Games)
A to K is a classic release for Flash Games. Playable directly in your web browser without third-party plugins, this title runs at a locked 60 frames per second using client-side WebAssembly.
Like our other recent release, Triangular 2048, A to K is a clone of the popular 2048 game, which has been reinvented and cloned in numerous creative ways since it was released under an open source license. A to K is special because it uses letters from our popular WordIt game series instead of numbers on the tiles. The game version on this page is written in Flash, but you can also try the HTML5 version, which is supposed to work even on iPad and other devices that don't support flash. How to play A to K is played Using the Arrow Keys on the keyboard, or WASD. Each keypress will move all pieces on the board as far as they can go in that direction. If a piece moves onto another piece with the same letter, they merge into a single piece with the next letter in the alphabet. Each time you move the pieces, a new piece with a value of A will also appear on a randomly selected empty spot on the board. The game will end when there are no more possible moves left. Your goal is to combine matching pieces until you reach the a piece with the letter K. Beyond that, the goal is to maximize your score as much as possible before reaching the ending.
